The MLP index is up nicely by 1.40 and over 303; which makes that 310 breakout threat look like a possibility in the future. Kinder Morgan (KMP) is back over 55 and leads the winners list. And its worth noting that it is within 2 points of a 52 week high which is interesting. Energy Transfer (ETP) and Oneok LP (OKS) are also fractional winners. Buckeye Partners (BPL) has been unusually active the last 2 days up another 38 cents.
