The MLP index is going nowhere fast in either direction today. It opened higher by about a point...then move just below unchanged and is sitting there for now. Nustar Holdings(NSH) which has seen a lot of insider buying lately is leading the way higher and is up 1 point. Small fractional winners in Energy Transfer (ETP), Williams Partners (WPZ) Nustar (NS) and Crosstex (XTXI).\

Suburban Propane (SPH) is down nearly 1 on the losers list. K-Sea (KSP), Sunoco Logistics (SXL), Teppco (TPP) Regency (RGNC) , Targa Resources (NGLS), Penn Virginia Holdings (PVG) and few others are down fractionally.

Market overall is holding up for a change. Lets see how they feel after lunch and if the buyers arrive for our little group.
